The Office of Event Services at Belmont University is excited to assist you with planning and executing your upcoming event on campus. To request a reservation on campus, please log in here.
If you do not have a EMS WebApp account and would like to request a space on campus for a reservation, please follow the steps outlined below:
Requesting a EMS WebApp account
Faculty/Staff:
All faculty and staff may request to have access to the Virtual EMS system here.
Student Organizations:
Student organizations needing to request space will go through the Office of Student Affairs. Please see Courtney Heier and Erica Njoku in the Student Engagement Office.
Individual Students requesting classroom, lab, or practice space related to classwork:
Individual students requesting access to a classroom, practice room, or lab for classwork may contact their departmental scheduler to inquire about availability. A list of the departmental schedulers may be accessed here.
Individual Students requesting to host an event on campus:
Individual students interested in hosting an event on campus must first find a faculty or staff member who is willing to serve as a sponsor for the program on campus. The sponsor will be responsible for liaising with the Office of Event Services on all event aspects, and must be present at the event. The faculty or staff sponsor must request space for the event through the EMS WebApp platform.
External Requests:
External groups interested in reserving space on campus may contact the Director of University Scheduling at [email protected] or by phone at 615-460-6786 to discuss pricing and availability. EMS accounts will not be approved for individuals not directly affiliated with the university.
